A comprehensive project has been initiated for the purpose of developing a Local Emergency Operations Plan (LEOP), a Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP), and Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) for all operational departments and divisions within Cobb County, GA.

For this project, the county has selected the BOLDplanning.com emergency planning platform. This platform guides planners through each HMP, LEOP and COOP component and helps develop plans that outline the roles and responsibilities required to ensure the county's ability to prepare for, respond to, and mitigate against disasters and disruptions. 

The BOLDplanning.com platform inacted for Cobb County includes the LEOP, HMP and COOP modules, and has been customized to meet FEMA, the state of GA, and Cobb County requirements. This platform is deployed via the internet at CobbContinuity.com.
